Our program & activities directors are well trained and operate under direct guidance from the Camp Director and usually have previous experience as camp staff or counselors.  They are mature and have the ability to oversee and work with the counselors, assistant counselors, and summer support staff.  Our summer counselors are well trained, experienced and dedicated Christians who are able to teach and care for a group of campers. They are 18 years or older and come from local Bible believing churches and from area Christian colleges. Many of our counselors will also have a junior counselor (age 15-17) assisting them to make the camp week even more fun while at the same time gaining valuable experience towards being a counselor. Our summer support staff (age 13 & up) assist in numerous areas around camp such as kitchen crew, maintenance support, junior lifeguards, snack shop duties, and assist the summer directors in group sports, games, and all-day adventures.
